# EARLY35 Promo Terms (Monthly)

Last updated: 2026-05-06

These Promo Terms apply only to the EARLY35 promotional discount for ON UGC monthly subscriptions.

Contact: <support@onugc.art>

### 1) Offer summary

* Discount: 35% off the eligible monthly subscription price
* Promo code: EARLY35
* Promo window: 14 days (exact start/end timestamps may be shown on the website countdown timer)
* Billing interval: monthly only
* Eligible plans: Starter, Maker, Visionary (unless otherwise stated at checkout)

### 2) Eligibility

* You must enter the promo code at checkout during the promo window.
* We may limit redemption (for example, one per customer/account).
* We may refuse or revoke the discount if we suspect misuse, fraud, or abuse.

### 3) How the discount is applied

* The discount applies to the subscription price.
* Taxes (if any) may be calculated on the discounted price.
* No stacking: the promo code cannot be combined with other coupons/credits unless explicitly stated.
* Promo codes have no cash value.

### 4) Locked-in pricing (what it means)

If this offer is described as locked-in, your discounted monthly price remains in effect as long as your subscription stays active and unchanged.

#### Events that typically end (“break”) the locked-in price

Locked-in pricing may end if any of the following occur:

* you cancel your subscription;
* you change plans (upgrade/downgrade);
* your payment fails, your subscription lapses, or your billing provider cancels the subscription;
* you request a chargeback or a payment is reversed;
* you switch to a different promotion that replaces this discount.

If a locked-in discount ends, re-subscribing later may be at the standard price available at that time.

### 5) Tokens (refresh monthly; no rollover)

Subscriptions include a monthly token allocation.

* Tokens refresh monthly.
* Unused subscription tokens do not roll over.
* Token costs per feature may evolve over time.

If we display “videos per month” estimates, those are based on the current token pricing model and may change.

### 6) Provider cost change caveat

If underlying AI/provider costs materially increase, ON UGC may need to modify or discontinue locked-in discounts for affected subscriptions.

### 7) Cancellations and refunds

* You can cancel anytime.
* Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
* Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
