# Promotional Discount Terms (Monthly Subscriptions)

Last updated: 2026-05-06

This page is a general reference for ON UGC promotional discounts on monthly subscriptions. Specific promotions may also have separate Promo Terms.

Contact: <support@onugc.art>

### 1) Eligibility

* Promo discounts apply when a valid promo code is entered during the promo window, unless otherwise stated.
* Promo discounts apply to monthly subscription plans only unless otherwise stated.

### 2) How the discount is applied

* The promo discount is applied to the subscription price.
* Taxes (if any) may be calculated on the discounted price.

### 3) Locked-in pricing

If a promo discount is described as locked-in, it generally means the discounted price continues only while the subscription stays active and unchanged.

### 4) No stacking

Promo codes cannot be combined with other coupons/credits unless explicitly stated.

### 5) Provider cost changes

If underlying AI/provider costs materially increase, ON UGC may need to modify or discontinue locked-in discounts for affected subscriptions.

### 6) Cancellations and refunds

* You can cancel anytime.
* Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
* Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
